To foster the observation and understanding of the interaction between the biological reality of your body and the psychological realities which make up your personality


This observation focuses simultaneously on:

  • Your present life experience using “guidelines for personal analysis” as in other PRH workshops
  • Experience of the moment using:
         - Exercises of self-observation
         - Exercises of interiorization and expressing what you are living through body gestures and attitudes
    These exercises are followed by written personal analysis and sharing in the group
